What's the cost of delivery if I order from your website?

If you order online our delivery charges are as follows:
Mainland UK/Scilly Isles £5.99 including VAT.
Scottish Highlands/Isles of Scotland £32.99 including VAT.
Channel Islands £45.99 (excl VAT £38.33).
Northern Ireland £10.99 including VAT.
Isle of Wight £13.99 including VAT.
Isle of Man £12.00 including VAT.
Eire £15.00 including VAT.

Some products require special delivery arrangements and cost is calculated individually for each order. Order online and we'll provide a quotation before we process your order.

What's meant by Pro Forma invoice?

An invoice for goods that requires payment before the order is despatched. Often used when funds need to be secured or budgets allocated.

I urgently need a Pro Forma Invoice, can you provide one online?

Yes, simply create your online order and at Checkout, input 'Pro Forma' in the Official Order Number field. We'll do the rest. Alternatively, call us for assistance.

Can I use an order number online, instead of paying by credit card?

Yes, as long as you have an existing credit agreement. If your organisation, school, college or university has ordered this way in the past there's an option to use your official order number at checkout.
We have widespread agreements with local authorities so, if in doubt, you can check with the relevant person at your end or we'll get in touch if necessary.

When do you deliver?

Monday to Friday, during business hours. Usually by Royal Mail or Fedex, sometimes by company vehicles.

What are your business hours if I email or call?

Monday to Friday, 8.30 to 5 at the moment. If you email outside of these times, we'll reply asap.
